I’ve been hard at work the last few months, baking, frosting, cutting, proving, mixing, whisking, decorating, and EATING! Here’s a collection of orders I’ve had recently for cakes, cupcakes, canapes, and bread.
I can replicate any of these if you want to order something from me. I hope you enjoy looking at them, all comments welcome.

Thank you! I have another order I’m working on now for next week 🙂
You create beautiful things. Yummy!
Thank you, how lovely!
You’re such an artist!
Thank you, such kind words
Everything looks fantastic, but I think my two favorites would be the Caramelised Balsamic Red Onion and Goat’s Cheese Croustades and Chive, Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Cups.
So what would the chances of getting the recipe for those? 🙂
Thank you! For the red onion: slice thinly and sauté in butter, then add plenty of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Add to pastry cases, croustades or crostinis and crumble goats cheese on top. You could even grill them slightly so the cheese melts and browns. For the smoked salmon: to cream cheese add lots of fresh chopped herbs of you choice, you can add some sour cream to loosen it slightly. Thinly slice the salmon and finish by topping with your chosen herb. Simple but delicious! 🙂
You do great work! Very professional!
your butterflies are very well done! I like!!! 🙂
